The uniqueness of Falcon lies in its adoption of a movable digital platform design, which has completely broken through the limitations of the sequence of printing processes. Previously, in the label printing process, the sequence of digital printing and flexographic printing and other processes was often fixed and difficult to adjust flexibly, making it difficult to cope with complex and diverse order demands. However, the emergence of Falcon has changed this situation. It supports any combination of flexographic printing and digital printing processes. Whether it is to print personalized patterns through digital printing first and then complete the base color and special effect processing through flexographic printing, or vice versa, it can be easily achieved. During the actual demonstration, Falcon operated stably at a maximum speed of 80m/min, presenting the printing process of the combined rigid and flexible label production on the spot for the audience. Label Smart Series: The color configuration is four colors plus white, meeting the basic requirements for digital printing of labels. The maximum production speed can reach 50m/min, and the maximum resolution is 600×1200dpi. It has a small footprint and is suitable for traditional label printing enterprises to supplement short orders for flexographic printing. This helps enterprises embark on the transformation and upgrading of digital printing at a lower cost.
Label Ultra Series: The maximum production speed can reach 75m/min, enhancing the stability of continuous, high-speed, and high-quality printing. It features a highly flexible paper feeding unit inkjet digital printing system, suitable for a wide range of label printing materials with an 110 - 330mm width, such as films (PET, BOPP, PE, BOPA), label materials (PE labels), pre-printed materials (PET, ALU, PE), and paper, etc.
Label Modular Series: Achieve one-click efficient production for coating, printing, varnishing, and foil stamping, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for mass production. It also supports spot colors and special processing techniques, meeting the requirements of complex printing.
During the exhibition, GIP set up a booth in 3D95 and prepared exquisite sample books for the on-site audience, featuring prints from all series of equipment, covering various applications with resolutions of 600dpi and 1200dpi!
