In the field of digital inkjet printing, 1200dpi is currently the most advanced technology. It has been successfully and stably applied in the 1200dpi×1200dpi printing range. Thanks to the independently developed board card system, every printing detail can be perfectly presented! It achieves more natural color transitions and a more realistic picture quality with high-quality output. At the same time, it saves ink and reduces production costs. Moreover, the ink path circulation has been further upgraded, and the efficient matching of the printhead and ink path makes the machine operation more stable.

To provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for mass production, while supporting spot color and special processing techniques, and meeting complex printing requirements. Using Siemens servo and synchronous control systems, the maximum running speed can reach 200 meters per minute. Each group of printing units is independently driven by 3 rollers, which can meet the requirements of high speed, stability and high quality printing. The ingenious design combined with Spande's classic M-drive cruise-style operating system shortens the preparation time for each unit to 1 minute, allowing operators to prepare the work calmly and replace the jobs more quickly. In addition, with the digital printing with resolution of 1200 dpi, and traditional flexographic printing achieving a "1 + 1 > 2" printing effect.

It supports up to 8-color configurations. The basic CMYK plus white configuration can be expanded by adding 3 additional special colors to achieve a more diverse range of color expressions. It also supports on-site upgrades to meet future production needs.

The maximum printing width reaches 426mm, and the running speed is as high as 80 meters per minute. It can easily handle large-scale label production tasks while ensuring the stability and consistency of the printing effect.
